Location: Scenic River Stort riverside access

Amenities: Fully equipped health club

Rooms: 35 contemporary rooms with marina views

Wellness: Indoor swimming pool & sauna

Dining: On-site restaurant with fresh seasonal dishes

“The peaceful marina setting provides a restful escape, though I did find the value proposition questionable given the cost for a short stay, especially when minor maintenance issues, like a flickering streetlamp, went unaddressed. While the rooms are functional and clean, and staff generally helpful, the dining experience at The Boat House proved disappointing in terms of portion size and clarity of offerings. This feels like a place that could charm with a little more attention to detail and a clearer reflection of price against substance.”
